Structure Flow

An allegory is an image that has a hidden meaning to it which is usually the artist’s statement or what is happening in the image. For my image I wanted the changing of the seasons to be the meaning, even though the season changes the tree itself stays the same though out. In order to do this I had to get rid of the background of the tree image and then put three layers of the three seasons and erase the sections according to what season I wanted showing. The images were specifically chosen as they are similar and fit together. The entire flow of the piece is the cycle between seasons and to further convey this I added the sentence “Nature changes but the tree stays the same even if its Bitter Cold or Blazing hot the tree is a part of the labyrinth of nature where” and intended it to loop.
