Journal #4 (Redo)

The drawing on the left was mu attempt at trying to find a way to draw faces in a simple and fast manor while still looking aesthetically pleasing. What I found is that simple lines can act as parts of a face, as I learned from “Understanding comics” by Scott McCloud the human brain will put pieces together when the full image is not there, If you see only half of a person sticking out from the corner of a hallway the brain will assume there is another half behind the wall. This can apply to human facial features as well.

The drawing on the left was a quick sketch just to work on how I draw the human body, I did not state this in the journal but I also plan on working on how I draw things like Clothes and body posture.
